Some builders have lifetime warranty for such things. Check before you spend money. |

Steve, why not yourself? I may be totally confused - I thought you were in this area. I'd volunteer myself, but my backlog at work is such that I just can't promise any sort of turnaround. |

I'd rather pay a local guy to fix it than a shipping company and take that risk. I may be a nut - but if something needs to be repaired that was my fault, I pay the shipping both ways. |
