Whoa, very nice work Peter! I don't care if you don't know how to play it, I'd still love to hear a few strings plucked :)

What are the dimensions on this baby? Looks like quite a monster. Bevel is definitely a good choice, and looks great in the tri-tone red/black/cream color scheme.

I'm working on that!

the body is 16.5" at the lower bout.

Thanks,

Glad to see this one finished, Peter. Great stuff!
So, did you change the peghead plane at the nut to match the splay of the nut angle?
Or what?

(Does that question even make sense? eek )

Nice Peter .. it all came together, looks sweet.

...are my eyes deceiving me, or is the nut straight ??? If not what is the straight fret?? it looks like the bridge has about a 1/2 angle to it, so I am expecting to see a 1/2 in angle or close to it somehwere on the FB .. the one pic it looks like the 10th fret is straight, but then the nut looks almost straight .... also, what are the two scales used ??

Have you got a straight on shot of the whole guitar front ????

Thanks guys!

It took some time and a lot of head scratching but I was able to make the nut to headplate transition look less obvious.
The scale is 26.75" to 27.75" with the 8th fret being straight. The nut is slanted for sure.

Very nice Peter!
Great woods used, great looking rose, and my favorite/default tuners.
