Anybody got a good jig for making bridges - for routing, sanding, drilling, etc? Care to show them?

Mr. Paulick has some good ones in the vid+tut section.

This particular case is a pinless bridge, but it all pertains well.

Here is the one I made. I rough out the bridge blank on the Band saw. Sand using the drill press. Then I use this jig below to route the slot.

Here are mine ... slotting jig the same as above for the most part - althoug I now have locking stops to set the saddle slot length. Drill press jig with spacers for the pin holes, and a routing jig to create the back ledge ...

I shape the wings in my thickness sander after taking a chunk out on bandsaw ... then use a radius jig to put the same radius as the gutiar top on the bridge bottom.

I switched to Tony's system a few years ago when he first published it on this forum. I'd recommend it highly. I really like having the pin holes follow the plane of the saddle slot. I've got an accessory for that system that I've been using to line up the starting points and plane of the pin holes. I don't think it's in the archives any more so here it is:

Make a surrogate saddle with the center point marked and a spacer that butts against it that is the same width as the setback of your pin holes from the saddle slot. Mark the location of the high and low E for your particular spacing, and a center mark. It's then easy to draw a reference line with the location of these holes to line up the jig on your drill press table.
