Hey! I am here south of Brisbane Australia, and will be heading to Melbourne in a couple of days.... Do any of you natives know where I might be able to look/ ogle/ buy any native Australian woods used in acoustics...? Tasmanian blackwood, eucalyptus, etc... Thanks so much! Stephen |

Hi Stephen, Welcome to Australia. There are a couple of Guitar parts resellers up there who also sell tonewood but if you want Tassie Blackwood or Eucalyptus give Bob MacMillan from Tasmanian Tonewoods a ring he has some amazing Flamed Eucalyptus at the moment and always has exceptional Blackwood or any of the other Tassie tonewoods available.
