Post subject:  Airbrush recommendations
Looking at airbrushes for those times when a full size spay rig is just too much. What should I look for in a good quality setup.

I just picked up one of these.

The only thing I have sprayed so far is water but it seems like it will do the job for me, bursts, etc, just fine. The quality looks good and the service was great. This is single action and apparently the learning curve is more friendly than double action. The thing that sold me is it came with 3 tips. I got a few extra bottles and some acrylic paint too just in case i get the urge to do a flame job on one of my kids. :D

I'll let you know in a week or two how it works for me but I think it will do the job well.

I will agree on the Paasche Airbrush I have had one for probably 20 years and the nice thing is it is available at most Hobby shops. I used it for most of those years for Model Airplane spraying but it has been used for touchup work on Guitars the last 5. It will spray Belhen lacquer right from the can without extra reducing.
