A fellow luthier and long time Ozarks legend passed away this week. John Wynn made beautiful mandolins and banjos as well as doing lots of repair work. Cancer final got the best of him. That is very sad news. My first year of college I visited his shop and have always admired and wanted one of his mandolins. |

There is a rumor that his son might be taking over the business. It is something to watch for. Maybe Wynn mandolins will be around for another generations. |
