This is my first encounter with Palo Escrito, and I have to say I am impressed. This is a true rosewood and it has a very resonant tap tone, and is quite economical. In color it reminds me of Honduran Rosewood. This set is well aged and large enough for a dreadnaught. Retail value is $100. But we will end the auction early and throw in free shipping for a bid of $85. The auction ends tomorrow at 3PM EST. |
