Zurgh, when you program to cut the fret slots, do you pre-radius the fingerboard and cut an arch shaped slot to the same depth following the radius of the fingerboard? |

The bottom of the fret slots follow the fretboard surface -.07" below the fretboard surface. The slots are cut with a .023" end mill. The frets are precision bent by a die to conform to the 10" fretboard radius. When it comes to installing them....they go in very nicely and remain secure. |
