Post subject:  High Figure Maple Binding

I'm looking for some really nice high figure maple binding, any help would be greatly appreciated......I'm almost out of some stock that I cut years ago, but with limited time I'd love to buy some already cut.

Thanks,
Greg

Hey greg,
I have a good stash of binding that I cut a couple years ago, and I doubt that I`ll be able to use it all up in this lifetime.
It was a good day and I had my saw set up perfectly, so I couldn`t see stopping at a couple sets, so I cut as much as I could get my hands on that day.
What I have is straight off the saw, not sanded to any particular thickness, but the rough thickness is about .130".
Length on the shortest sets is 50". Longest is about 52".
Width is .6250 or 5/8" (which means that they could be ripped down to go further yet).
each set is 6 pieces, and each set is in sequence from the same piece of wood.
As close to quarter sawn as I could get, and plenty of nice figure.
I could part with ten sets or so if you`re interested.

I have LOTS (like 500 pcs) of highly flamed maple as well.
