So, if you had a beautiful set of dread sized Adi spruce sitting on your bench, that was as close to perfect as you could get both sonically and cosmetically, and could pick any B&S set you wanted to pair with it what would you choose??? Olive! I love the look on a dread, and I hear it's quite hard as well, so should make a good pair with Adi. Call up Aussie Tonewoods and see if they have any more like their pictures here. Adi/BRW dread is just about as classic a combo as you can get. African blackwood, cocobolo, curly bubinga... so many great choices

Cocobolo burl. Actually had the chance to get a billet of the stuff but didn't have 300 to spend on master grade wood I'd still just be torturing myself with lol. |
