Hi

I have glued my kerf 1/32 proud and my tail and heel block is proud about the same. I have made a 28 degree sanding stick which I will use for the top, I think I am ok for the most of the body but I am unsure what it is I am working towards at the heel end. The heel is currently 90 degrees to the side as shown in the picture, do I sand this flat rather and have radius and sand in and angle so the final angle is 91.5 degrees ?

Check Hesh's tutorial http://www.luthiersforum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=10117&t=25931 it should answer the question.

Many thanks Fred, the procedure looks very simple to accomplish.
