Really beautiful instrument Phillipo! The Brazilian is super and the workmanship looks to be excellent. I've followed your construction over the months and congratulate you on a successful completion and great first classical guitar.

Keep in mind that with the 18 hole bridge you don't necessarily have to loop the strings around the top surface of the tie-block. They can be installed without ever passing over the surface.

I'm anxious to hear how it sounds...

Very nice work!

I agree with Peter about tying the strings to the 18-hole bridge to leave the tieblock unobstructed. Still, even tied '12-hole style', it looks great!

It looks pretty good, but I must say that I think you are very audacious to use BRW and master grade spruce on your very first scratch build!

Thanks very much for sharing all the challenges. When I first looked at your guitar it was another groaner that I see occasionally posted. By that I mean it made me groan and say: "how can people make such a nice guitar first time out and why I am I so apparently inept?"

Beautifully done and nice to know it has some human qualities and memories.
