Who's going to the Marylhurst show in Portland next weekend? Which display should I look for, aside from everything, of course?

Cat Fox and I will be there with three new instruments: Concert Jumbo (red spruce, koa, Golden Era rosette, wedge body, soundport), a Mini Jumbo (redwood, blackwood, 'port, wedge), and a Sprite (red spruce, maple). I'll also have a used guitar or two. Nancy Conescu will be demoing for me on Saturday afternoon.

This is our first time displaying at Marylhurst but I've heard only good things about this show. It's a sleeper in the sense that it's a regional show with truly world-class builders. For those lucky enough to attend, it offers the opportunity for time with fine instruments and their makers without the stresses of Healdsburg etc. It's open 12 - 5 Saturday 4/24 and Sunday 4/25.

All the information is at http://www.nwmusicalinstrumentshow.org/

Hope to see you there!
