Good morning guys,
How much time should pass to stablize wood to the ambient
environment ??
For example, if I purchase a Sitka Spruce top along with
Sitka Spruce brace material what is the rule of thumb for
the length of time this material should be stored in my shop
before it can be turned into a braced top ready to glue
onto the rim ??

Weigh it. When the weight stays the same for several days it's acclimated.

If the wood has been properly dried and is well seasoned a week should be fine. A month is prudent. A few years is wise.
