I couldn't find a counterbore that really seemed to fit those bushings Todd so I have been using the replacement Waverly bushings from StewMac for the Grovers as the shaft fits just fine. I like the way they look a little better anyway. Let us know what you find out.

Yeah, I just found that out the hard way gaah The new owner was supposed to come by to try out his new guitar the next day, of course gaah gaah

Yep. My aha moment was at midnight on a Friday night when I had 9 guitars to do complete setups on for this hard deadline on Sunday. http://lbs.mtbaker.us/index.php?option= ... Itemid=122

Nothing like an extra hour of hair pulling when you're already sleep deprived and up against the wall.

Looked like the plating may have been extra thick on this batch.
