Has anyone used a Minwax stain to tint McFadden's Natural filler? |

I believe that the Minwax stain also has varnish like resins to build some body. I only use stains that are pure stain with no bodying materials. These are getting harder to find. What does it say on your can of stain? |

Use the colortone (SM) or colorFX (Target coatings) dyes ..... if the filler is opaque, you can also use earth pigments (Lee Valley and others I am sure) |
