Has anyone here at the OLF gone through the Master or Journeyman programs at the Galloup school in Big Rapids Michigan? If so, I'd like to hear anything you would have to say about it, you liked it why? disliked it why? Is it worth it? Also, for those who have gone through it, what was the schedule like, like a 5 day workweek schedule or what.. I ask this because I live around 3 hrs away from there and wondered what a commute would be like. Anyways, I am most interested in hearing about your experience there. Thanks in advance! [:Y:]

Bryan is a great teacher & very in touch with all the modern techniques you'll need.

I attended in 2002. Great school and well worth it. I suggest if have the money and the time, do the Masters program. Buiild at least 4 guitars. Great experiance to ask questions and learn finish and whole process. Lot of repair time between different classes. Bryan will help with placements at times and know several guys who attended worked at different times with Dana Bourgeois and McPherson. When I was there it was and bet same today a 5 day a week, 8 hour day. They do have student housing at no extra charge (or did have)

Every time this subject comes up here, I comment on the school and recommend it. Like said if can do the Masters. He was set up to do student loans and also VA
