Finally got around to making a couple of recordings of my #1 which was completed in January. Need to work on the setup but overall I'm very happy with this little fella'. I owe a lot to this forum for helping me through this build so: Many, many thanks... Mark |

Mark, Great sounding guitar! As much of it seems to be due to your playing as to the guitar itself. Are you trained as a classical guitarist? Beautiful! Congrats', Max |

Thanks for all of the nice comments. J Hewitt wrote: Did you post pics of your finished guitar? No but thanks for the reminder, I'll post some now, blemishes and all. Hi Mark, Thanks for posting the pictures....That is really nice for your first! I have built three ditsons myself. Just got done this weekend doing some brace carving and revoicing on my first one that I built a little over a year ago...It was over braced when built...I was totally amazed at the outcome in tone and sound. Fun project and seemed to learn a little from the experience! Congrats on a nice #1 and again your playing! Jeff |

Hey Mark, Great looking and sounding little guitar. Cherry/Lutz really is an amazing combination on these litle guitars! Glad to hear you finally finished her up! Sounds like you gotta get going on that J-45 build -- Mine is going pretty slowly as well. Thanks John |

Thanks John. Yeah, I'm so far behind on the J-45 build schedule that mine is going to be more of a buld-alone. I'll check in on LF to see your progress. Have a good one, Mark |
