Classical guitar vaguely based on the Antonio de Torres design. Top -Spruce Back, sides, bridge and fretboard - Indian rosewood Binding - olive Varnish - Tru-oil only I used mostly hand tools, it took me a loooong time but I am happy with the result in spite of many imperfections ![]() I want to thank this forum for making available all the precious information that have helped me out in a lot of difficult situations. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Bravo! It looks like a lovely instrument, indeed. And the silk evident in the top is wonderful. |

Thank you all for the compliments. As for the sound, I am happy with it. It is loud and with a long sustain. I started to play only a week ago and meanwhile I have had to adjust the shape of the neck because it was too "fat". Now it is very comfortable to play and the sound IMO is improving by the day; it is less metallic and warmer now. In a few weeks from now it will surely stabilize. In the next few days I will upload a small mp3. All the wood is grade B but I was lucky with the top - I also think it is beautiful. I bought from proarte.be (because they have dry wood) in Belgium but they do not specify the origin of the wood. |

Congratulations, Antonio. Great looking guitar! Outstanding first effort. So much nicer than my first attempt. The fact that I named her "la Fea" should give you an indication of how she came out. Can't wait to see your next one. Best regards, Max |
