I'm mounting bridges tomorrow on my Om and OOO and want to order strings before cutting nut slots and doing bridge string adjustments. Both guitars are going to be basically used fingerpicking style, and from what I can determine from the Martin site, a MFX775 is a recommended fingerstyle string. Any of you Martin people have any advice here? Should I do nut slots a bit larger for a larger dia. strings for ...maybe a potential buyers choice of strings? It took me 35 years to knock the choice to 4 sets for my classical guitars. Kent |
