Hi! I'm ready to finish a swamp ash electric body, and I want only a Tung oil finish, but i'm considering adding a subtil color train before. Wich kind (or mark/product) of strain should I use? Thanks! Francis |

I would use an analine dye. Water based dye is colorfast; alcohol isn't. Or you could use an oil stain is you want. It's much easier to apply but doesn't have the transparency that dye has. |
