I'm in the need of some more sanding strips for my Performax 16/32.

In the past I purchased the "ready-to-wrap" ones form Klingspor, but I'm guessing there's a more economical and better choice.

Suggestions?

Thanks

They're swell.

Check your Klingspor catalog. They also sell longer, cut-your-own lengths.

Klingspor or Rockler sell rolls, which are at least 50% cheaper that precut strips. You can also get the rolls with printed cut marks, but they are fairly expensive.

When you guys run your wood through the thickness sander what level grit do you go up to. Just wondering if I should purchase higher grit.

I love my Klingspor "Blue" paper rolls. Last forever. Save one of your used strips as a template.
