Post subject:  My new House "farm" :-)

Hello my friends. OK. So I have been living with my folks since my girlfriend and mother of my angel Jonathan through me out on the street with the colthes following tightly behind HAHA. well almost. I thought he was to young at the time be moving around so I stayed a longer time than I probably should have with my folks, "have an etireupper floor qwith shower kitchen etc. BUT Beijng 37 and staying with parents are not the ideal way to live I guess laughing6-hehe . So now I have been looking around for a small house. Really expensive here in Stockholm So, I have been looking a bit up north where is not at all that expensive. and found this AMAZING place. the view from the window is just breathtaking. and is has lots of other houses on there to. 2 of the houses are made to live in. there are also the farmhouse that is in exellent condition and 2 other houses and a heated double garage. I talkt to 2 friends of mine "artists/musician" abnormal people just like the rest of us laughing6-hehe . and they are willing to rent 2 of the houses. soI need to fix one of the houses so this family can move in there. a farmer has already askt to rent the left part of the farm for having his cows there. and another farmer wants to rent some of the land for their cattle. So With all this going as I want it to. :? I may soon be the owner of the farm in the photo. Will directly build a great place to build guitars in. with sprayboth and all etc. I will also be able to setup my music studio. so soon I can if all goes right both be able to build and record my guitars and music. The bank really likt my businessplan. So beginning of next week I will get the final answer. So hold your thumbs for me "as we are not alowed to be religious in here " ;) .
Just hope my businessplan will work as planned as I will in this case be getting the loan with no money in the bank. strictly on the businessplan. So I may be living th american dream But in Sweden. IF all works out that is haha

Hey Lars

I wish you the very best. Your personal story sounds very much like mine was about 10 years ago... , but with a bit of perseverance and the good attitude that you show, I am pretty sure things will turn out all right (as thank God, it did for me).

I hope the bankers are having a good day when they review your business plan!

Good luck

Pat

Hey Lars, looks great! I also live on a small farm, let me tell you those other buildings/barns come in handy. I use one for spraying and heavy cutting/resawing.

Good luck!

Hi Lars. I really hope this works out for you and your family.
It's a beautiful spot in a lovely country, I did a guitar making course with Mika Sanden over there a few years ago, and really enjoyed my time over there.
All the best.

Haans [quoteall that and socialized medicine too![/quote] ;) But all the doctors do here are giving the patients cortizon. well I guess the system is ok compared to elsewhere. we tend to complain a lot here. :D

Post subject:  Re: My new House "farm" :-)

:D :D Yes Thats true Haans. allthough i hope I wont have to go there for a while laughing6-hehe . So far so good. knock on wood.

Unfortunately I never got the house. all was like set and ready, they askt me to drive up to the house 2 huers drive away to meet with me and all the bank people right there by the farm. so we met and all was great, Looks real good Lars were the last words. So I though all was a done deal. then 2 days later some guy from some place I never heard of before called and said "sorry" but you need to put in more money yourself. So, no deal. hmmm well there is a meaning for everything and I guess It was not ment to be. So I am happy. But now working on another budget plan for the next bank so I can start my business ideas elsewhere.
Next time I will wait with the posting before it really is a "done deal" :D .

Thanks for all the support though. its great to know I have you here my friends and I really hope to meet you all one day soon.

Lars.
