This is a Ryan Mission I am putting up for sale. It has a small area of the finish that has delaminated at the D string tuning peg. I believe the finish is UV cured poly.

Thanks
Richard

Get some thin CA .. take a tooth pick or similar, dip in the CA and let it wick in from the tuner hole .. capillary action will do the rest ...

The reason for what you are seeing is the tuner bushings come loose over time ... they need to be tight or the forward pressure on the post makes the washer dig in (notice how its only on the leading edge towards the nut ?).

Check the other bushings and snug them up ... looks like the A is starting as well ...

What Tony said. I use CA for numerous finish touchups and fill ins.

If you can get a hypodermic syringe with a 25G needle it's a great way to lay a small drop of butyl cellusolve for nitro or thin CA for poly right against the edge of a lift. You can raise a small bead on the tip of the needle and touch it to the lift and like Tony said, let the capillary action suck it in.
