Okay, here is the jig that I made to drill the button shaft and sand the faces. I plan on adding a drill bushing to it as I think the steel might wear with time and I'm going to add a couple of set screws to the recess to tweak the way the bean seats for sanding the second side if need be. Keep in mind these are just prototypes but it should give you the idea and something to think about if you want to try this system. |
