Redneck? You got high class there buddy... One guy I know still shapes his necks with plate glass.... and no vice... Thanks John |

I've never used glass to carve a neck, but I've carved a couple sets of Violin plates with an old broken Coke bottle. It's a bottle my Great Grandfather used making a bunch of Violins, Cellos ect. |

I see you are using the Cumpiano neck joint. Just my $0.02 I think it is a great system. Do you cover up the bolt heads or let them show? |

Let em show.Easier to find in case of a neck re-set. My son and a chainsaw is a very dangerous situation. James |
