Ok....This 1963 Goya rebuild was a bit challenging for someone who has only built one classical.
Many of the steps necessary were part of a series of questions answered on this forum...or at least options to consider. Many thanks to all.
This guitar was a total waste as a result of water damage from flood. It was my very first classical guitar and I could never part with her.
Steps were: heating and removing the fretboard, Block and hammer whack the bridge off, Routering off the top, filling cracks in back, applying backing to cracks on inside, scraping and sanding the complete guitar down to wood, scraping peghead and applying a veneer (Mohagany/w/b/) to headplate, replacing GOYA emblem in abalone inlay, new top (bearclaw Spruce) using same supports and fan bracing used on old top, reusing old bridge, new odd shaped sound hole with walnut and b/w rosette (that was a challenge), New bloodwood/maple binding B/W purfling. Walnut tail lamination, abalone heal cap, lacquer finish, new tuners, new strings and wallahhhh. She plays wonderful. I can't tell you how easy this 630 scale length plays. It seems ALL the Goyaclassical models of that era were 630'S. I'm a bit curious as to why 650 became the standard. My big hands do much better with a 640 or 630.

This was truly an experiment and a chance to mess around with some new ideas. But,the old Goya is once again in action and she is truly fun to play. I'm happy with the results.
