I just uploaded this video of Al playing my wedge to my Photobucket. This was videoed at the Tony McManus guitar weekend last month at Elora Ontario. I deliver this guitar to its new owner tomorrow and am already experiencing the loss. I guess sooner or later one of our creations needs to leave home. http://s190.photobucket.com/albums/z228/fetellier/?action=view¤t=AlPettewayplayswedge.flv Fred |

Fred, it sounds very good. What a great way to send off that guitar and you get a treasurable video to boot! |

Very nice! I like the shape of the cutaway. Is that your own design or is it from a plan/template? |

The outline is the same as the martin jumbo and the cutaway was what I drew up from a outline from the Martin 000/om cut away tracing I found on the web. The only difference from a martin jumbo is the body depth is wedged,( Lindar Manzer style) about 7/8" shallower than the martin depth on the bass side at the lower bout and standard depth on the treble side. Much more comfortable to play than thew standard depth. Fred |
