Hi everyone- Just wanted to make a statement that the move is done (still plenty of boxes to un-pack!) and that the shop is up and running again as of yesterday. Spent the day today cutting, boy that feels better then packing and moving. If anyone wants to share scary closing stories over a beer one day I have one fer ya.... But, we got in..  For those waiting thanks for your patience, should be full steam ahead in a day or so. Thanks, Craig Lavin |

Congrats on the new digs!! I'll take a raincheck on the beer, but my closing story was 113 days long.  The lenders wanted and wanted and wanted. Finally got it, and still unpacking. The shop is a long way from doing any work, but I have 800 sq feet of space.  Can't wait to see the art that comes out of your new place. Your inlays are breathtaking. Darrin |

We moved about 5 years ago. I know what it is like. I had to keep the business running as the shop wasn't finished after the move. We built the shop after I moved in the new house , on the 4th of July and moved in the new shop Labor day. Keeping the business going , a day job at that time and building the shop, I was 1 tired pup. I am sure you will be more happy now with shop space Craig |

Hi Guys, thanks so much. Believe me I feel for each and every one of you that have dealt with this stuff. ![[headinwall]](./images/smilies/headbangwalluf8.gif "Mad") ![[xx(]](./images/smilies/smiley11.gif "Dead") It's a pain, but buying a house in this economy is well worth it. We got what felt like a great deal. Lost some on our end, but more then made up for it on the other. The shop isn't improved yet, much is still in boxes, but in a month or two the 2 car space should fill out nicely.. First up is a uke mermaid and reef scene (PG 13 rating- full torso frontal nudity- may not be able to post it here), then some birds, flowers, al sorts of stuff. More soon, thanks for the support!
