I used to buy these yellow flannel polishing cloths from Home Depot but they stopped selling them some time ago. I have looked all around the local and net community and can't seem to find a suitable replacement. Everything is else seems scratchy, so I'm wondering what you all use and where do you get them. TIA, John |

http://www.guitaradoptions.com/3m-ultim ... cloth.html the cloth itself won't scratch (unless I guess you pushed down real hard, but if it gets something lodged in it that will... they are not cheap, but they are washable and are the best polishing cloths I've ever used... |

I use those hardware flannel 3-paks. I have found them at couple different stores. Amazon.com has them too. |

The ones I used to buy were very similar to those hardware three packs but they were a 6 pack for less than $3. I used to buy dozen at a time. I've tried and found I don't care for the micro fiber stuff. Whether it is or not, it feels scratchy to me. Guess I'll keep looking. |

I'm sure this isn't news to many, but I use cloth baby diapers. I don't even know if you can still buy them or not, but the last time I did buy them they were not cheap. You just throw them in the laundry and they'll last for years. They're absorbent, soft, and last forever. I also have a stack of cleaning cloths I bought at Graingers that are almost as good and can be laundered as well. |

I use the microfiber cloths, similar to the original 3M, version. They are not natural, but they are soft, and do not scratch. They also work great for dusting. They can be bought in bulk bags at places like Costco for, maybe 50 cents apiece. |

I've picked up those soft yellow polishing rags at the local Autozone. They sell a variety of rags; micro-fiber, cotton, coarse shop rags, etc. |
