Has anyone of you learned gentlemen any experience or thoughts about using willow for the top ( and maybe even the back). Thanks in advance. |

Willow is much to weak . You need something with a good weight to strength ratio. |

It makes great linings and blocks though. Just watch out, many people are allergic to willow dust. |

On my First uke post the top on that is three piece willow its the stuff for lining for classical guitars and this piece had a stiffness like spruce |
