According to this article in the LA Times... http://travel.latimes.com/daily-deal-bl ... e-bu-4865/ United contacted him (or attempted to) to make amends, but he wasn't interested. He's getting lots of good publicity out of the deal. Nice job turning a negative, frustrating experience into positive publicity. Good career move. |

Thats awesome...the song, not the broken geter. I like how he talks about a broken Taylor, but the broken guitar in the video is a Gibson. |
