Post subject:  Bending Cuban Mahogany - Any Tips?

Just seeing if anyone can give me any tips on thickness, heat, moisture etc. for bending. I've always bent on a pipe, but have never bent mahogany period. I was told on another forum to build a bender if I wanted to be sure and while I intend to do so one day, the pipe has always worked well for me with the figured maple I use for archtops.

Thanks

If you can bend figured maple , this is going to be no brainer.
