Post subject:  Block style fingerboard inlay question

I've got to do some fingerboard inlays that are similar to a Les Paul. The blanks I have a .050" thick. I've got 2 questions.
1. CA or Epoxy to glue them in? I normally use CA for inlays but I think I read somewhere that epoxy is better when the inlay isn't under finish.
2. Should I radius the board before or after installing the inlays? I'm thinking I should rout the pockets for the inlays first, radius the board, and then install and level the inlays. If it matters I'll be using a compound radius, 12" to 16".
Thanks.
