I have been sanding the Zpoxy on my EIR wedge jumbo and was getting frustrated with the 240 grit loading up and noticed my file cleaning wire brush laying unused and rubbed the sand paper on it and all the epoxy that was loading it came right off. The paper worked almost as good as when fresh. It works about 3 times before the paper is to dull to cut well. I picked up a few pieces that I had discarded and they came back to life. I bet this would clean the finer papers while wet sanding also.

I don`t know if anyone else does this but it works.

Good tip Fred.
I use a long "snap off" razor knife blade to lightly scrape across the paper. Most times you don't even have to use the sharp side of the blade. Just drag the back edge across as if you were sharpening the blade. Works a treat!
Using mineral spirits to wet sand stops a lot of the clogging too. I don't use water 'till I'm sure I'm not going to sand through.

Because of the sandpaper clogging, I decided to scrape the epoxy off. Works a charme!
