Hello all,i'm about to start finishing my neck (tru oil) and need some advice on my schedule.Ok here it is.1 Stain. 2 Seal with shellac. 3 Pore fill with pumice. 4 Tru oil.Does this seem ok or should i seal again after stage 3? Thanks all Rob. |

That should work. No real need to seal the pore filler, as the first coat of Tru-Oil will do that. |

Thanks Barry.Another question,should i pore fill the ebony headstock, if so would pumice be ok? Thanks again Rob. |
