Has any one used Envirotex as a guitar finish? I did a search and not much on this about durability of it.A friend of mine has it on his bar top and likes it alot and wants it on a guitar i'm building for him.I know it sands well and can be brought to a glassy finish, but how is the durability?I think it is a epoxy of sort as it's 2-part.So that's why i asked.

According to The Goog, it's a pourable epoxy (pourable epoxy, or polyester, is pretty much the bartop standard). It will be durable...but it's not at all suitable as a guitar finish.

They already make good products for epoxy pore filling, and those will do a better job of that as well.
