I think he is German. He lives in Portugal in one of the Azores islands. Btw, he calls he's system mini-tornavoz. |

I love seeing how other builders deal with construction issues. I especially appreciated seeing the big sanding block that he uses for profiling the sides & heel for the back. I thought that I was being pretty clever with my own, similar contraption. We arrived at the same solution, his is just bigger! Lots of interesting approaches and good photos. There is a fair bit of English text on the first couple of pages. |

Hi, He really does not give detailed explanations. The photos explain almost everything. Anyway, I will try to make a abridged of the important parts; (particularly when a Brazilian luthier asks if he confirms what he thinks the tornavoz does to the sound). I will post later |

Sweet one. The coolest part for me was seeing folks playing with the guitar sitting on the proper leg. ![]() ![]() |

WOW! The way he builds a classical guitar is complicated! Looks like he'd really like to integrate everything together. Colin S wrote: It is not a Tornavoz. Colin Why not? Torres has made shorter bronze Tornavoz. |
