Happy New Year!!

I bought this gun a few years back when painting the outside of the house.
Relatively inexperienced with spraying and sprayguns.
Does anyone have any direct experience with this gun for spraying Target USL?
The specs state the "Fluid Nozzle Size" as .055" which would be 1.4mm I presume.
Should this be OK?
Although I've searched I can't seem to find a post in which someone suggested a
smaller nozzle size.

Thanks
Bob Hames

Sounds like a tip sized to spray latex paint which is much thicker than lacquer. I would try to find a smaller tip size for the gun. Something around 1.2 to 1.0 mm is normal for clear finishes.

I have that gun, and used it a couple years back to spray what was then PSL ... still pretty grainy texture, I couldnt get it to work any better ... it was OK, but that was my only experience with waterbourne... it is nothing like shooting nitro ....

Thanks Tony,
Sounds like I might be OK to try this until I can afford something better.

Barry,
It appears there are no alternative nozzles available for this gun.

Thx again fellas

Bob
