I came across some cool video tutorials which might be of use to luthiers. http://woodtreks.com/learn-how-to-make-decorative-inlay-banding/529/ This video shows how to construct purling inlay. http://woodtreks.com/making-and-applying-decorative-string-inlay/477/ This video shows how to do string inlay, and has a couple of jigs I'm going to have to make to cut and thickness veneer. |
