Curtis that`s what I was thinkin`.Seriously though ,this forum is a great place to share our guitar building experiences.I`m just having a bit of fun in appreciation of everything everyone has done to help each other out . Thanks Everyone and have a great holiday season. James |

i'm all for a bit of robust banter - but as my mother always said, "if you dont have anything nice to say - say nothing" older i get the more i appreciate these things! Its a great time to dwell on the things that actually matter - I went through a real roller coaster of a year in work, the company that owned the music shop that my workshop is based in went under, owing me a couple thou and nearly leaving me with no workshop. The new owners operate things far more sensibly (they value turning a profit over pure competition thankfully) and its looking better and better - i can hardly cope with the amount of work coming in and i'm planning on expansion in the next 5-10 years. anyway, good luck to everyone in 09, - do whatever it takes to get through - it'll make us stronger in the next upturn! cheers, steve |
