I am looking at the Stewi-Mac .008 or .010 for starting nuts, saddle. What is your recommend, or a knife file?

Also, where to get some corian nuts, saddles in semi bulk? Thanks

What Todd said - the Zona razor saws, with a little looking, can be found with more TPI (teeth per inch) too and I have a 42 TPI one that I like for starting slots.

I use a small diamond file - triangular shape. Its great because I can line it up right next to a nut slot pencil mark, then tip it up on edge and pull straight back to give me the starting groove for the nut files. I use it for all the slots.

Corian.. any kitchen place should have tons - just band saw it up and thickenss sand.
