After a few tries I hope this time the top will glue on. I tried some other methods like putting the top on, then the radius dish then weights but they just don't have enough pressure in the right places so I ended up redoing them several times. Then I got a bunch of wall mouldings and cut them to make go bars and just did it the same way Robbie O Brien did it.... Also in the past I just brushed the hide glue on which was slow and made a lot of mess, this time I just heated it in a jar then when it's ready I poured everything into a squeeze bottle and now application is a lot cleaner and faster and I can put more glue where they're needed. One of them is a 2 piece go bar rod... held together with blue masking tape.

Tai Fu, why not just heat the hide glue in the squeeze bottle. That's what lots of us do. Make it up, heat it, put it in small squeeze bottles, let cool, put in refrigerator, heat when needed. Another tip from Mario Proulx (Grumpy) is to get some stainless steel nuts, degrease them, and put them in the bottom of the squeeze bottle with the glue. It acts as a weight to keep the bottle straight in the heater, and as a heat sink to keep the glue hot, longer.
