It gives me great pleasure to formally announce the OLF's very first Community Moderator!

Please join us in welcoming our trusted friend and fantastic guitar maker HESH as the first ever

We have talked a lot about this over the last year and Hesh's name keeps floating to the top as THE
guy for the task!

That's great news !!! Congratulations Hesh [clap] You have been a valuable resource to our community and always have a word of support for all of us struggling to improve our building skills. We have shared both frustration and success and hopefully it will continue with much more of the latter.

Moderator? So the guy builds beautiful guitars. So what. So he has like 20,000 posts and over a million thumbs-ups. So what. So he has posted a half million tutorials helping others. Just because he does that he gets to be moderator. ;) I tell you, the whole world has gone to hell in a handbasket since David Lee Roth left Van Halen.

Hesh, great choice, always has been a moderator in the making, now it's official.
I still refuse to clean my workshop. Most people on this forum get injuries using
their power tools. I get injured walking into my shop. OK, maybe I better
do something about it.

Good choice Lance, I can't think of anyone who has given as much to the OLF especially in terms of building good will and making people feel welcome and comfortable to participate. You can't add better value to the community than that.
