Watch Craigs list Detroit tools, I found a nice Delta 18" for about 1/2 new price. I checked every couple days for about 3 weeks and there was something coming on all the time but not what I was interested in or way overpriced, then there actually were 2 deltas came on the same day.

Ditto Craigslist, though it is hit or miss.

About two weeks ago I got a 10-20, like new, for an excellent price. I was the only one who called about it. I'd left a phone message two days after it appeared but didn't hear back from the seller for three days, thought somebody beat me to it at such a good price. But I was the only caller.

Our local CL is chock full of tools, with out-of-work tradesman and contractors trying to cash out on their tools and equipment. Bad time for those folks, but there are deals to be had.

Yeah, I have had my eye on Craigslist for the past week or so. Even put up a WTB posting a few days ago. Thought I'd put a posting out here just to broaden the search ;)
