Hi Does anyone know if the guys at luthier supplier is sick or on vacation? I sent payment for a radius dish several days ago but has not heard from them ever since and emails are not answered. |

Dunno. I bought something from Tracey a few days ago and haven't heard anything either. He is great to do business with though. No worries. I have got lots of stuff from him in the past and it has all been top notch. |

Don't worry. Tracy is top notch and will contact you. I do know that. A few folks have customer service as good as him but no one has customer service better than him. |

Tai, Sorry about that delay, I am on vacation and trying to juggle work with play. But no worries, my partner is not on vacation and he is the one processing and shipping orders. Your order went out on 11/18, so you should have it soon. I'm just a little behind on emails, but orders are going out. Sorry about that, and thanks for the nice words Brock and Robbie! Brock, if you really ordered something 2 days ago, I never got it. It never made it to Paypal, because I just checked.
