Best day of the year !! Man this is soo much fun !! I just love these machines.

Half way through building my first guitarmold, it´s my own shape-design. 8-) . :D .
My head is filled with MDF dust, feels great haha. Didn´t think it would work out as good as it did. I precut the shape in the bandsaw, then took it to the line with a sander on the drill press. workt great.
The next mold will be from Michaels SJ shape. Then I will try to precut on bandsaw and then use the router. "maby" :? . time will tell.

Here are a few photos on the progress.

also, sometimes there is bad stuff in the glue that they use to make MDF...might want to keep a mask handy!

Cool design. Dust mask is essential.

Lars - Those look great!

I think we should box up the dust in an air filled container, ship it to Hesh, have it open in his new shop and then help pay for the therapy. pizza pizza laughing6-hehe

Now get busy and let us see you make some guitars!

Wish I could........
