Timberwolf blades from Suffolk Machinery are the standard in my shop. I've also used Lennox blades from Hastings Saw. The Lennox are skip tooth; the Timberwolf are hook. I haven't done any controlled comparison, but I think the Timberwolf blades cut better and more aggressively when new, while the Lennox (as well as other skip tooths such as Starrett) last somewhat longer.

Yes, PC. I've used 3/4" AS-S for resaw; just noticed the 2/3 PCV--I think that's new.

I'm using a friend Rikon 14" regularly to resaw sets. As Howard says the Timberwolf are great and that's what I'm using. I've used also the Woodslicer blades from Highland woodworking. They're great brand new, have a thinner kerf, but definitely do not last as long. You can make a bunch of disposable hardwood inserts by duplicating the plastic factory one.
