I think its Josh Grogan doing a promo stint for a new album. Hes puttering around Sydney harbour here in Australia. The guitar is a boat version of a Maton.

I'm surprised it hasn't had a mishap with all the ferrys and other boats around the harbour . ,,, Wouldn't be pretty :lol:
