ya'll told me that rigid has a lifetime warranty and not to fret over my rigid lam trimmer that fizzled out just take it back.

so i got my wife to take it back today to HD, as i am working, and without any receipt or anything they took the old one and gave me a new one no questions asked. easy as that.

back in business.

thanks,

jon

It was one of the reasons I bought one, besides the price, and after I did, I thought the components of the unit were pretty good. I didn't want to stick my neck out too far though, as I've had it cut shorter more than once. [headinwall]

Glad you're back in business.
